As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investor Relations & Sales team as an Associate. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, foster relationships, and drive fund growth.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development


  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive asset growth for True Beacon's funds across domestic and international markets.
  2. Identify, cultivate, and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, institutional investors, and wealth managers.
  3. Drive new client acquisition through direct sales efforts, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
  4. Expand distribution channels and explore new market opportunities to enhance fund penetration.


Client Relationship Management


  1. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, maintaining regular engagement to strengthen relationships, address inquiries, and provide investment updates.
  2. Understand clients’ investment objectives and risk appetite to offer tailored solutions aligning with their financial goals.
  3. Solicit feedback from investors to enhance True Beacon’s product offerings, service models, and market positioning.


Investor Communications & Thought Leadership


  1. Represent True Beacon at industry conferences, investor roadshows, networking events, and private client meetings.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality investor communications, including presentations, newsletters, market insights, and reports.
  3. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely, informed insights.


Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion


  1. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key market players, including private banks, wealth managers, investment advisors, and institutional investors.
  2. Develop and implement partnership frameworks to drive AUM growth and strengthen True Beacon’s market presence.
  3. Engage with internal teams (fund management, operations, compliance, and legal) to ensure sales efforts align with organizational objectives.


Key Qualifications & Requirements:


  1. Experience: Wealth management, fund sales, or business development within the asset management, private banking, or alternative investments space.
  2. Strong Network: Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and institutional investors.
  3. Investment Acumen: Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio management principles, and regulatory frameworks.
  4. Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to convey investment strategies, market insights, and value propositions to sophisticated investors.
  5. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with SEBI, AIF regulations, and other applicable financial market regulations.
